Step 1 – Update The Drivers For The Device

The drivers of the device are going to be the main culprit in this issue, and so it’s highly recommended that you’re able to clean out the various problems that your system will have with its drivers in order to ensure it’s working correctly. Here’s how:

Click “Start”

Right-Click “My Computer” & Select “Properties”

Select Device Manager

Locate the hardware causing a problem

Step 2 – Disconnect & Reconnect The Hardware

If you’re experienced with PCs, you should be able to re-connect the hardware to make sure that there are no problems with the cable / lead. To do this, you should open up your system, locate the particular piece of hardware which is causing problems and then remove it by removing the cable. After this, you should re-connect the hardware to make sure it’s all working again.
