Open the path c:\Windows\System32

After finding the said file, rename it as “comresBACKUP.dll”

Move the comres.dll file you downloaded to C:\Windows\System32

Click on Start then select Run

On the box that wills appear on your screen, type “cmd”

Next type “regsvr32 comres.dll” on the screen that will be displayed on your monitor.
