Download rasppoe.dll from the Internet

Save the rasppoe.dll file onto your computer’s hard drive

Browse to c:WindowsSystem32

Locate the current rasppoe.dll on your system

Rename the current rasppoe.dll to rasppoeBACKUP.dll

Copy & paste the new rasppoe.dll into C:WindowsSystem32
